๐Ÿ”Ž We are looking for a proactive and hungry Sales Manager with experience in selling B2B SaaS for the fashion industry (and preferably experience as a Fashion Designer also).

You will be pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and collaborating with marketing and C-level executives to drive our growth. This is a hands-on, "boots on the ground" position, meaning you will actively engage in outreach yourself and then build the sales team from there.

  • Outreach: Actively reach out to create leads and sales opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and C-level executives to align sales and marketing efforts.

  • CRM Management: Set up and manage CRM systems, sales pipelines, and processes.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS market for the fashion industry.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • 2nd Week:

    • Set up CRM systems and sales pipelines, ensuring all team members are trained.

    • Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities.

    • Initiate collaborations with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.

    • Start regular check-ins with the executive team to set short-term goals and expectations.

  • 3rd Week:

    • Establish a consistent and robust sales pipeline.

    • Begin achieving and exceeding initial targets.

    • Optimize CRM processes based on initial feedback and performance data.

    • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • 4th Week:

    • Growth strategy refinement.

    • Team expansion:

    • Advanced CRM and process optimization:

    • Customer success programs

    • Setup product feedback loop
